I’m linking up with two of my favorite girls, Jessica Joy and Jill Conyers for this week’s edition of The Fit Dish!! It’s been a couple weeks since I’ve been able to join, but I am pumped to share one of my favorite quickie workouts with you guys.
Today’s workout is a new one in the Bridal Bootcamp #backtobasics 2015 series. It is a bodyweight workout, but you have the option to add weight, if you like. These are some of my favorite moves to do for a warm up. A few that I did before my workout yesterday, in fact.
GO-TO FAVORITE QUICKIE WORKOUT
MULTI-PLANAR LUNGES: Standing on left leg, perform a front lunge, side lunge, and reverse lunge with right leg. Repeat all reps and switch sides.
* Complete all moves, resting when needed. Take 1-2 minutes rest between sets, 10-15 seconds between exercises.
A quick post to fit the quick workout today. I’ve got two classes, a coffee date and small group day. Should be a good, busy day.
