How are you doing? How is your Monday going? I got an early start today, as it was a new clients’ first session. She rocked it out!
How was your weekend? Hopefully it was wonderful. Friday, it was beautiful outside. I subbed a bootcamp class and did my ‘Not Another Burpee Burner Workout‘ with them. I got a few groans, but overall, I think they enjoyed it. I spent part of the afternoon prepping for my new client. We did her assessment on Thursday and with the wedding festivities this weekend, I knew Friday afternoon and Sunday night would be my only available times to prep. The Boy and I ended the night with some PANCAKES and MASH. I was craving pancakes so much and they came out perfect and fluffy!
Saturday started off rainy, as I subbed a BodyWorks class. It turned out to be my 11th class of the week! I quickly made my way to my parent’s house for the Bridal Shower after. It was SO STINKING FUN! My youngest sister is a Junior Bridesmaid and she was on a church retreat. But all my other girls were able to come. Even my girl Kara came in all the way from Cali. The Workout Bud and I walked together at her wedding! My aunt’s and cousin got to come. I ended up getting 3 Crockpots! And I opened them all in a row. After the second crockpot, they joked that the next present would be another one…and they all turned out to be right! Hah.I also got to indulge in some gluten-free, vegan homemade cupcakes, sourdough bread, coffee and a vodka cranberry…so all the things I wasn’t supposed to be eating on the detox. I didn’t end up feeling too bad either. And I ended up saving 4 cupcakes for The Boy to eat at the end of the week, when the detox is over.
Another beautiful day on Sunday. I did a little house cleaning and spent a good portion of the day studying for Precision. I’m such a science nerd, so I love reading the chapters each week.
