How are you doing? I felt like I was MIA at the end of the last week. I planned on sharing a new workout, but my week got crazy after Wednesday. Thursday, I went to take my dress in to be cleaned and steamed. I remembered on Monday that I completely spaced taking it in the weekend before. So, since I had to do that, I decided to make a day of it. My mom and I ended up going to the park and running through everything, putting in the final deposits and picking up a few things. Then I went to teach Bootcamp!
Friday, my hopes of sleeping in were crushed when I woke up at 7:45am. I went straight for the coffee shop to start checking things off my wedding todo list. I got SO. MUCH. DONE. So much guys. It felt so good to be so productive. Then, to make my productive day even better, we headed for The Workout Bud’s parent’s house for dinner with my parents. We got a full Italian spread, plus the greatest raspberry chocolate cake. Guys, it was so good. And the best part is that my tummy handled it pretty well. More to come on that, stay tuned.
[[Oh, and, The Boy and I decided (read: I decided) to make a paper chain, counting down the days til our wedding. Today is 26 days! Along with tearing off a chain everyday, we got some peach vodka for a shot a day. Being into health and fitness, I debated on us doing like a juice shot or protein shake shot, but peach vodka is so much more fun.]]
I slept til nearly 10am on Saturday. Hooray! I started with a lemon water, just in case my stomach decided to not like the dinner from Friday. I had some banana bread french toast and nearly 4 cups of iced coffee throughout the morning and afternoon, as I did TONS of wedding planning. I was on such a roll. I got our ‘guest book’ done – everyone signs a Jenga block! I’m noticing I work much better under a short timeline. And I’m sure the coffee had a little bit to do with it too.
I also started watching The Mindy Project on Saturday evening as I planned my client workout for the week. Did you guys hear it is cancelled? Seriously, worst news of my week. By the time I got to typing up the workouts (thanks to the coffee, I planned 3 in record time), the coffee had worn off, so I lounged in front of Mindy.
We went to church on Sunday after a morning run and quickie workout. It was so so so hot and humid, so after my run, I did a bit of kettlebell practice (rocking my snatches), and some bodyweight moves on the sidewalk. IT was a rainy afternoon, so I ended up just catching up on blogs and my Precision chapter for the week.
I love learning everything, but with the wedding planning and classes and such, my brain needed to split the reading up into to sessions!
And speaking of lots of thinkings on the brain, the link love is a little sparse this week. But I managed to pin alot of fashion pins this week, finally. Enjoy.

I’ve got a full day of wedding festivities planned with mom. We are started to actually get stuff ready and packed up. Ahhh! It’s coming so soon! Can’t wait.
