Guys, I cannot believe it is here! Cannot wait! Be sure to check Instagram over the weekend, because you know I will try to post as many pictures as I can!
I thought I’d do a quick round up of some no fuss, no equipment workouts on the blog. The Boy and I are headed to Charleston on Monday. We aren’t planning on bringing any workout equipment (although I might sneak one of my kettlebells…don’t tell) or necessarily doing structured workouts. Heck, we might not even workout at all. But, if we do, we might just take on a couple of the workouts below.
These workouts are either no equipment + bodyweight, or can be done without weight. One or two feature a box jump – just use a chair or park bench.
