HEALTHY DINNER RECIPES YOU’LL WANT TO MAKE TONIGHT & MORE
Happy (WIA) Wednesday Friends!
Today, I’m sharing some of my favorite Healthy Dinner Recipes! I’ve already shared some healthy breakfast ideas and healthy lunch recipes, which I hope you enjoyed! Dinner can be one of those meals, like breakfast, that people have a tough time with. I know that when I used to work my 9 – 5 AND teach bootcamp after, cooking dinner was never at the top of my to-do list. And that was when I was doing a candida detox and had to be really careful with what I ate!
This year, I’ve really tried to take the stress out of cooking dinner, by focusing on food prep and simple, nutrient dense meals. Keeping frozen veggies in the freezer, along with packaged chicken sausage links and rice has been a time saver more times than not. Making sure you have your basic staples stocked in your kitchen can be enough to get you through a weeks worth of simple, stress-free meals!
I recommend that all my nutrition coaching and personal training clients each a dinner, especially if it is post workout. Fueling your body is so important when it comes to any kind of fitness goal, whether it be weight loss or muscle gain. Don’t buy into the lie that skipping meals is a healthier way to lose weight.

Dinner when I was working full time was often a Greek yogurt bowl with nuts and frozen fruit lol I never had time for real food. Now I practice meal prep so even the days I’m running around like a crazy we have wholesome food to eat. This is a great round up of dinner recipes. I have to try your butternut pumpkin soup. Temph and I are still on a trial basis. Last time I made it my stomach was not happy. Maybe I’m cooking it wrong.
Meal prep just makes everything better! Try out that soup again, Sam, it’s a good one!
thanks for the chicken love! It’s so good. I need to try the others. YUM!
Of course, Lindsay! It’s so good!
So much goodness here! I’m never one to skip a meal, but sometimes my meals look more like snacks. I tend to just throw some random foods together in a snack plate kind of thing and call it a meal! It works really well when Im craving a bit of everything 😉
I’ve been that same way lately, Kat. Such a good idea!
Spaghetti squash PIE?!? Uhhhhhh where do I sign up for that one?
Yes!!! So good, Gigi!
So many delicious recipe ideas! I want that sriracha salmon + bibimbap! *-*
That’s one of my favorites, Farrah!
It all looks good!
Thanks, Jill!
