Hi Friends.
Happy Fri-YAY! Ya’ll know I’m all about the Friday’s!
It just so happens that this week was my first one only teaching 2 classes. Which means…
This is my first 3 day weekend without any obligations, classes or scheduled meetings I’ve had in I don’t even know how long.
I don’t even know what to do. I’m thinking I’ll take a step back from social posting and do some fun thing- color, catch up on blogs, cook, start read a real book! Eat lots of pancakes and sleep in!
I do know that I’m making self-care a priority. I’ve been so exhausted and tired lately. That burnt out feeling that I just can’t shake. I most definitely need a slow down.

It is so important to slow down and take of yourself. For me that is a long walk or hike, yoga, a good read or a movie I can get lost in. We all need time to reboot. Have a great weekend. xo Lauren
Those are such great ways to relax. I love walking and yoga. Lately, I’ve been reading a book before bed (hardly EVER happens) and it’s helped me relax so much!
I hear you! Ever since I moved I’ve been fighting migraines. Having that routine of self-care is so important. I so need it!! Enjoy your 3-day weekend and I hope you can really enjoy it! It’s the worst when you have the time and you end up doing “stuff” when you should be caring for yourself. ;op
So true, Michaell. I ended up relaxing pretty much the whole weekend, which was great. Just a little bit of work, when I wanted to to do it!
