The Burpees for Breakfast Squad is here! I’m sharing more about the FREE private Facebook Group for women that are ready to live their most awesome life! Plus, I need your feedback on future post topics!
The Burpees for Breakfast SQUAD + Feedback Needed!
Hiiii!
Welcome to Friday! Im so glad it’s here. It’s been a long week and I want the weekend!
So, today’s post is going to be short and sweet! I’ve got 2 things on deck.
The Burpees for Breakfast Squad
I did a thing on Wednesday…I started a Private Facebook Group for the blog/business! Ah! I REALLY wanted a way to connect with you all more. I love talking all things fitness, nutrition, mindset, body love and more. Plus, I get a good amount of questions from you all that are pretty similar. The Facebook Squad is a way to connect everyone together! It’s a place to ask questions, get feedback, provide support, participate in challenges AND live workouts (I’m hoping to make this happen) and more.
The Squad already has some awesome ladies in it. I’d LOVE for you to be a part of it. I’ll be doing a Live video on Saturday to talk more and answer questions. Then next week, the fun begins!

Feedback, Questions + Topics
I’ve been getting great feedback on the Capable & Strong Series. While I started this with the main goal of sharing strength training topics, I decided to expand it a bit to encompass more than just physical strength. Having said that, I do have a few more strength training topics to cover. AND, I really want to hear from you.
Are there any specific topics you’d like me to cover? Anything related to strength training specifically?
SO, TELL ME:
Weekend plans?
Are you ready to join the Squad?
What do you want to see more of?!
XOXO,
JEN

I’ve been loving your Capable and Strong Series. I was wondering if you might be able to put together a series of at home workouts or talk about how you can do functional at home workouts that really build strength and muscle.
Also the weekend plans? Well, it’s going to be busier. I’m going on another short road trip tomorrow, (possibly), and we’ll be cleaning and doing lots of wonderful church stuff on Sunday.
So glad you’ve been enjoying it Emily! I can definitely go over strength training at home!!
