Y’all, this is going to be good. Here are the dets:

WHAT?

A FREE 5 day Instagram Challenge of fiery workout finishers! We will be delivering the finishers to your inbox each night. The next day, you add the finisher to the end of your workout, share it on Instagram, tag us (@burpees4bfast & @getwellwithem) and use the hashtag: #FieryFinishers.

WHEN?

June 26 – 30 (next week!)

WHAT IS A FINISHER (asking for a friend…)?

A finisher is a short, high-intensity workout you can tack on to the end your main workout, to end it with a bang. I’ve shared a few finishers on the blog before.

WHAT DO THE FINISHERS LOOK LIKE (EQUIPMENT, LENGTH, ETC.)?

All the finishers are 5 – 6 minutes or less. Some will be body weight or have 1 piece of equipment.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO THE MOVE?

Never fear, we have video demos for each workout that we will be sharing the workouts the night before, following up with a video the next morning on Instagram. Modifications will be included as well.

#FieryFinishers Instagram Challenge | Burpees for Breakfast

How was your weekend?! I’ve been in love with the sunny, warm weather we’ve been having! Although, I left my car windows down a few days ago at work and it torrential rained for a good 15 – 25 minutes. My car is dried out, but it doesn’t smell like roses. Anyway, Friday, I did a bit of work and binge watched Jane the Virgin. I was able to finish the rest of the season this weekend. I start business coaching today, so I didn’t want any extra distractions!

Saturday, I spent the morning at my favorite coffee shop and did some work (including typing this post!), before stopping by the Farmer’s market and grocery store. I took a lunch and Oscar walk break before doing more work…which is what I did pretty much the entire day Saturday and Sunday (#entrepreneurlife). Sunday, I subbed a class and we did Father’s Day dinner with the in-laws…and I did food prep. I’m get back into a blah mood with food prep – I just don’t want to prep or cook these days. I want a meal delivery service that delivers everything already made to my apartment, so I don’t have to spend extra time in the kitchen!
