Blog Summer Schedule Updates
Good Morning! Happy Friday!
Can you believe that June is over?! The year has flown by! Since we are ending a month, I wanted to share some blog updates for the coming months!
POSTING SCHEDULE CHANGES
I’m sure you noticed, but the past month or so, I’ve been averaging about a post a week. Now that we’ve wrapped up the Capable & Strong Series AND now that I’m working on some new projects (and doing business coaching) and because it’s summer, I’ve decided to changing the posting schedule to 1 post per week / 1 post every other week. This means less posting, but more quality content.
I’ve got a partnership with a company coming up in July and I’ll be sharing the first recipe of 2017! I can’t believe I haven’t shared any recipes yet, but I’m so excited to share this one with you.
You all know I LOVE sharing workouts and talking about fitness. I also love chatting about making healthy living simple and sustainable for everyone. This includes self-care, ditching the perfectionist / all-or-nothing mentality, intuitive eating, intuitive exercise, and more.

WHAT ELSE IS GOING ON?
I’ve got some fun things in the works: live events, webinars, a retreat (!!) and a new coaching program that helps women find freedom from the all-or-nothing mindset and learn to find balance with their fitness and nutrition.
So, today is the 7 year dating anniversary for me and the Hubs! Seven years ago today (and oldie, but a goodie), we finally went out for sushi (I got pulled over for speeding on the way), which I’d never had before (I took a bite of it, rather than eating the entire roll in one bite #embarrasing) and he convinced me to eat Roe. We are going out to Maggiano’s, a favorite restaurant when we first started dating, and seeing Despicable Me 3 (we saw the first one together when it came out a few weeks after we started dating).
In July, we have a Vegas Vacation with our besties and I’ll be at BlogFest for a couple days. I’m subbing a class every Sunday and Wednesday AND doing the Athleta class. Lots of great things this month!
