I’m so happy you are here! I’m a Fishers-based Corrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Group Exercise Instructor!
I’m passionate about educating, empowering, and equipping women with the tools they need to ditch the extremes and lover their bodies, while still seeing the results they desire.
A few things you should know about me: I’m a coffee-loving, introverted fitness + nutrition coach, obsessed with 80’s music, high-waisted 7/8 leggings (yes, those are my favorite), my fur kids Oscar and Titan, and all things corrective exercise.
Burpees for Breakfast started in late 2013 as a way for me to share recipes during a 3 month candida detox. It quickly turned into an outlet to share not only recipes, but workouts. Today, it’s evolved into a space that discusses everything from fitness, to mindset, and all things to help you live your best life.
