I’m an Indianapolis based personal trainer, nutrition coach, blogger and doughnut lover.

Obsessed with 80’s music, high-waisted 7/8 leggings (yes, those are my favorite), my fur kids Oscar and Titan, and all things corrective exercise. How about we get to know each other!

I’m passionate about educating, empowering and equipping women with the tools they need to get strong (mentally & physically), move better and live their best life.

Also, doughnuts and unicorns.

My dream is to help as many women as possible own the skin they are in, move well in everyday life and realize that taking time for themselves on a daily basis is a crucial part of living their best life.

You are guaranteed to find me talking about corrective exercise and why the basics are so cool, intuitive eating and body love.

I work with women who are ready to ditch the diets, perfection and obsession, in favor of finding a version of wellness that fits their life. Women that are ready to finally make themselves a priority by getting back into the gym and taking care of their body, so they can move better in everyday life!

Most days you can find me training clients, walking with my pup Oscar while listening to a podcast, watching Harry Potter with my husband (he’s obsessed and it’s on every night, literally), getting attacked by my kitten Titan, sipping coffee and working on my laptop at my local coffee shop – in athlesiure wear – of course or laughing to How I Met Your Mother, Parks n’ Rec, New Girl, Brooklyn 99 or FRIENDS.

+ I’m the oldest of 5. My youngest sibling is 16 years younger than me!
+ I’m a Type A, INFJ, 1w2 on the Ennegram, an Obliger, and introvert.

Burpees for Breakfast started in late 2013 as a way for me to share recipes during a 3 month candida detox. It quickly turned into an outlet to share not only recipes, but workouts. Today, it’s evolved into a space that discusses everything from fitness, to mindset, and all things to help you live your best life.



I’ve been married to my best friend for over 3 years, after meeting in 2010 when we walked down the isle together at our friends wedding! Cheesy Hallmark Movie, seriously!

We welcomed our fur child Oscar in July 2016. He’s a Basset Hound/Australian Shephard mix, with two different color eyes. Oscar loves walks, peanut butter, getting hair all over our house and doesn’t bark! We adopted Mimosa – Mimo for short – in May 2018. She’s a Siamese mix that loves napping, getting rubs and waking her parents up at the wee hours of the morning for pets.

Self-care and stress management are important priorities in my life and things I make sure my clients make a priority in their lives.
