I’ve worked with Jen online and in-person, and both times were excellent. The online program was very easy to follow (and modify! for extreme beginners like myself) but working in person has been a treat. Jen is very attentive and immediately noticed that our initial approach of separate upper body/lower body days didn’t work well for me and retooled my workouts into comprehensive full body circuits.
