* Other than general guidelines, there is no nutritional component to this program. Nutrition Coaching sessions can be purchased separately or a la carte.
ONLINE TRAINING PAYMENT OPTIONS (4 week blocks): Payment options cover 1 Month of training, broken down by training frequency. At checkout, you will have the option to purchase more than 1 month.
- $189 for 3 – 4 days per week programming
- $209 for 5 – 6 days per week programming
Online personal training is not best suited for you IF you need to workout in a group setting. This entire program is online and other than reminders from me, it will be up to YOU to get in your workout each month. You will have access to a private Facebook Group, but you will not get the support and personal community support that is often offered with a group fitness class.
